Grassroots coaching
Structured, age-appropriate training that develops technique, game intelligence and fitness — from first touch to professional pathway.
What we do
Football is our doorway. Through it we run programmes that protect, mentor and grow the whole child — on the pitch and far beyond it.

Every player is guided by coaches and role models who help them set goals, stay in school and make good choices off the pitch.
A dedicated programme creating space, teams and opportunity for girls in a setting where they are too often left on the sidelines.
Female-led guidance that builds confidence, safety and leadership for young women growing up in Kibera.
A supportive team environment where children can talk, be heard and build the resilience to cope with life in the settlement.
Keeping children purposefully engaged after school — off the streets and away from the crime and idleness that trap so many.
Tournaments, clean-ups and events that bring families together and make the whole neighbourhood part of the team.

Two of our seven programmes exist specifically for girls — a dedicated football programme and female-led mentorship. In a setting where young women are too often left on the sidelines, we make sure there is a team, a kit and a coach waiting for them.

We do not work alone. Partnerships give our players better coaching, better facilities and a wider world than the one they train in.
Partner organisation
A working partnership that strengthens our coaching, our structure and the opportunities we can put in front of our players.
Programme venue & partner school
We run a KESA programme at the German School Nairobi, giving our coaches a professional environment to work in and our children access to proper facilities.
Wherever we run, the same standards apply — qualified coaches, first-aid cover, and our published child, gender & safeguarding policy.
Partners can put their name behind a single programme — girls' football, mentorship, mental health — and follow its impact season by season.
